She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Hein; her close friend Arnold Kruschenske; her parents, Albert Burskey and Mary Burskey; and her siblings, Selma Bucholtz, Ida Lehman, Mabel Lehman, Esther Raabe, David and Gordon Burskey.

She is survived by: her daughter Charlotte Christink (Wayne); her grandchildren, Conrad (Judy), Jonathan Christink (Jennifer) and Stephanie Gorr (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Emmett Christink, Raney, Cameron, Norah Christink and Waylon Gorr. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.

Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, a graveside service will be held in the spring at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Pembroke.
