He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorne Hildebrandt and Lydia Hildebrandt; his brothers, Paul Hildebrandt (Marie) and Barry Hildebrandt (late Margaret); and his brother-in-law Clinton Mooney.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Hildebrandt; his children, Laurie Ryan (Terry) of Pembroke, Spencer Hildebrandt of Pembroke and Sally Edwards of Pembroke; his grandchildren, Tyler St. Pierre, Holly, Liam, Caitlin Ryan, Aidan, Teagan, Madeline, Simon Hildebrandt, Dawson and Ethan Edwards; his siblings, Gordon Hildebrandt (Eileen), Iris Fischer (Jim), Bruce Hildebrandt (Marilyn) and Fern Turcotte (Bryan); and his brothers-in-law, Robert and Kevin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
