She was predeceased by: her parents, Fernand Sigouin and Armerell Sigouin; and her brother Eugene Sigouin. She is survived by: her husband Garry Phannenhour; her children, Cindy Richards (Alex), Kimberley Didsbury (Sean), John Phannenhour (Cathy) and Todd Phannenhour (Sherri); and her siblings, Souzette Audette (Joe) and Janette Delaurier (Garry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Neville Funeral Home (491 Isabella St, Pembroke, ON K8A5T8). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (567 Melton St, Pembroke, ON K8A8G2).
