He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Hawkins and Irene Hawkins; and his sibling Glenn Hawkins (Lillian). He is survived by: his nieces, Jennifer Lisk (Jody) and Lisa Hawkins. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
