She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Smith. She is survived by: her children, Carrie Smith, Lynda Smith, Donna Smith (Rick), Debbie Johnson (Steve), Donald Smith (Christine) and Bonnie Smith (Randy Wheeler). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
