The family announces the passing of Mark Schauer of Pembroke, Ontario on October 21, 2026. Mark, born on October 22, 1961, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Mark will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honour Mark by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Mark is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Mark’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Patricia Schauer (Krüning); his sons, Colin Schauer and Brandon Schauer; his parents, Elmer Schauer and Darlene Schauer; his brother Bruce Schauer (Sharon); and his father-in-law Ralf Krüning (late Gabriella).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home (141 Renfrew St, Pembroke, ON K8A5R8). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
