She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Chaput; her son James Kenneth Chaput; her parents, Ernest Kruschinske and Evelyn Kruschinske; her brother Ronald; and her grandchildren, Dylan and Sakeira.

She is survived by: her daughters, Amy (Mark Sack) and Angie Chaput (William St-Pierre); and her siblings, Eileen McBrien (Glen), Conrad Kruschinske (Lisa), Sharon Glover (George Ueltzhoffer), Joan Chaput, Wendy Chippure (Paul), Nancy Andrews (Brian), Sheila Legere (Rodney), Betty Kruschinske, James Kruschinske and Cheryl Kruschinske (Barry Garland). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
