She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jim" Sterling; her great grandchild Anthony Carr; and her sisters, Lavina Begin (late Pat), Gabrielle Songo (late Al) and Edna Valiquette (late Bill).
She is survived by: her children, Louise Armstrong (Alan) of Pembroke, Wanda Edmonds (Scott) of Pembroke, Nancy Carr (John) and Kingston; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Armstrong (Julia), Jennifer Armstrong (Tyler Keon), Sterling Edmonds (Raylene Langor), Tyler, Jessica Edmonds and Brandon Carr (Cassandra); her great grandchildren, Hailee Schroeder, Caleb and Travis Keon; and her siblings-in-law, Sheila Wilcox (late George), David Sterling (Leith) and Barbados. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
