Maynard Dament Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2025, Maynard Dament of Pembroke, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Maynard farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Maynard is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Dament and Margaret Dament; and his siblings, Jean Kuehl (late Raymond), Raymond Dament (Dolly) and Lawrence Dament (late Martha).

He is survived by: his wife Diane Dament; and his sisters, Meredith Spurr (late Lawrence) and Evelyn Raglin (Lloyd). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Cemetery (670 Boundary Rd E, Pembroke, ON K8A6P7).

As an expression of sympathy, donations to St. John's Lutheran Church are appreciated.
