He is survived by: his wife Peggy Holtz; his stepsons, Christopher Holtz (Mary O'Connor) and Scott Holtz; his siblings, Pat Wernham and Jill Conway; his siblings-in-law, James Carnegie (Shelley), Brian Carnegie (Bonnie), Barbara Rankine (Max) and Jill Carnegie; and also Audrey Carnegie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
