He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Payne and Norah Payne; his brother Desmond Payne; and his siblings-in-law, Beverly Byrnes (Martin), Sharon McKenelly (Brian), Katie Gould (late Frank), Marilyn Gould (late Kenneth), Glen Gould and Rockland (late Norma).
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Payne; his siblings, Catherine Jones (late David), Theresa Roberts (Bruce) and Dillon Payne (Pamela); and his friend Angela Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
