It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Muriel May Gale of Pembroke, Ontario, who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, we take solace in the memories we hold dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Muriel May may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Charles Gale; and her children, Charles Gale (Diane) of Pembroke, Brian Gale (Helen McLaughlin) of Pembroke, Arlene Deloughery (Mark), Katherine Hartlin (Wayne), Mandeville Louisiana and Deborah Hammel.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Murphy Funeral Home (296 Isabella St, Pembroke, ON K8A5S9). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
