She was predeceased by: her husband Eddy Pleau; and her parents, Roland Gauthier and Anita Gauthier. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Gagnon (Roy), Judy Bludd (late Tim), Gerry Pleau (Bonnie), Roger Pleau (Debbie), Carl Pleau (Shelley), Linda Mitchell (Tony), Diane Corrin (Allan), Tina Noseworthy (Stewart) and Susan Lavergne (John). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters as well as many nieces and nephews.
