He is survived by: his wife Mary Bonita (Bonnie) Mullen; his child Christian Mullen (Loretta); his grandchildren, Damon and Skye; and his siblings, Ellsworth Mullen (Shirley) and Helene. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
