As we bid Neil farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Neil is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Carol Thrasher; his grandson Nick Stillman; and his brothers-in-law, Bert (late Pat) and Bill Salter (late Geraldine). He is survived by: his wife Lois Thrasher; his children, Barry Thrasher of Pembroke, Patti Stillman (late Mitch) of Pembroke and Mark Thrasher of Pembroke; his grandson Jake Thrasher; and his brother-in-law Earl Salter (late Florine). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
