She was predeceased by: her husband C. Henry Perkins; her sister-in-law Lillian Perkins (late Bill); and her parents, Daniel Bates and Maude Bates. She is survived by: her children, Terry Perkins (Marjorie) of Kincardine and Bruce Perkins (Janet) of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Anna Perkins (Dean), Lee Perkins (Jody), Mary (John), Jack and Valerie Perkins; and her great grandchildren, Chelsey, Kathleen, Hailey, Alannah van den Hogen, Colton, Neola Perkins, Nathan, Ryan Williams and Bennett Savelli.
