She was predeceased by: her mother Pearl Sharpe; her stepfather Bud Sharpe; her sister Barbara Belanger (late Lorenzo); and her sister-in-law Lillis Hawthorne (late Gordon). She is survived by: her husband Carson Bennett; her children, Russell (Deb Brown), Deborah (Robert Zappavigna) and Allan (Maureen); her grandchildren, Meagan MacLeod (Brad), Andrew Bennett, Michael, Kimberley Zappavigna, Bryce and Kendra Bennett; her great grandchildren, Caleb, Brooke and Finley MacLeod; her siblings, Patricia Kensley (late Raymond) and Charlie (Roberta); and her sisters-in-law, Gail (late Kenneth Sharpe), Annie Taylor (late Gordie), Clair Huckabone and Linda Kohlsmith (Gerry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
