He was predeceased by: his parents, Moise Gervais and Hattie-Mae Gervais; and his siblings, Eileen Everett (late Jack), Viola Lefebvre (late Sarto), Claire Lefebvre (late Ivan), Inez Winter (late Ken Hohban), Artie, Douglas, Harry, Cecil (late Anne), Roy Gervais (late Agnes) and Leonard Gervais (late Marion).
He is survived by: his wife Joan Elizabeth Gervais; his children, Bonnie Van Schouwen (Adrian), Ellen Gervais and Doug Gervais; his grandchildren, Bryan and Carly; and his siblings, Kathleen Gohr (late Robert), Ruth Dinn and Patrick Gervais (late Elise).
