He was predeceased by: his father Max Stencell; and his siblings, Ruby and Welland Stencell (Mary). He is survived by: his mother Elsie Stencell; his child Jamie Scott; his grandchildren, Kozmo and Emelia Scott; his grandmother Gail McCallum; and his brothers, Harold Stencell (Leah), Kenneth Stencell (late Shirley), Larry Stencell (Maureen) and David Stencell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
