She was predeceased by: her husband Garry Boldt; her parents, Walter Welk and Grace Welk; and her siblings, Marian McNamara and Ken Welk.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah, Stephanie (David), Stephen and Jason (Chantal); and her grandchildren, Sarah (Owen), Noah, Jacob, Owen, Jayda and Tessa. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
