He is survived by: his children, Anita Ming of Edmonton, David Burgess (Laurie), Elaine Davidson (Myles), Cobden, Jeffrey Burgess (Mary), Pembroke, Robert Burgess (Elaine), Kitchener, Miriam Burgess (Curt Corrigan), Kingston and Charles Burgess (Wendy); his stepchild Lesley Prange (Stuart); his grandchildren, Aaron, Andrea, Andrew, Rachel, Phillip, Brad, Matthew, Jennifer and Natalie; and his parent Sarah "Sadie" Burgess.
