He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce Cowan; his children, Jordan, Sydney, Josh, Cole of Ottawa, Julie and Steve Occeleshaw; his grandsons, Owen and Griffin of Langley, BC.; his parents, Rev. Kenneth Cowan and Dorothy Cowan; his siblings, Terry Cowan (Mary) of Westport, Colleen Rollwagen (Robert) of Ottawa, Phil Cowan (late Ruth) of Winnipeg and Keith Cowan of Ottawa; and his nieces and nephews, Tim, Kyle, Seamus, Jeff, Matthew, Jen and Kelly.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home (141 Renfrew St, Pembroke, ON K8A5R8). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church (68 Renfrew St, Pembroke, ON K8A5R6).
