She was predeceased by: her spouses, Marc Chaput and Jim Mitchell Sr.; her grandson Yann MIchaud; her parents, Jean-Baptiste Roy and Florence Chaput; and her brothers, Arthur, Henry and Leo Roy.

She is survived by: her children, Marcel Chaput (late Sheila) of Pemborke, Michel Chaput (Jane) of Pemborke, Bernard Chaput of Pemborke, Eric Chaput (Charlene) of Pemborke, Luc Chaput and Diane Michaud (Marc) of Winnipeg; her sibling Anita Whalen (late Bernard) of Brantford; and her niece Brenda Whalen. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, by 7 great granchildren, and by many cousins and friends.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Diabetic Association would be appreciated.
