We bid farewell to Rita Wright (Pembroke, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 21, 2025 at the age of 90. Rita touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Edgar Wright; her sons, Edward and David Wright; her parents, Martin Koznackie and Pauline Koznackie; and her brother Leonard.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth (Marcel Chartrand) of Ottawa, Paul (Tiziana) of Ottawa and Robert (Ellyn) of Westmeath; her grandchildren, Joseph, Matthew, Cassandra, Sarah, Nicole and Benji; and her siblings, Dorothy Dombroskie (Edmond), Dominic Koznackie, Theresa Prince (late Edmond) and Rosie Yantha. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Neville Funeral Home (491 Isabella St, Pembroke, ON K8A5T8). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Church (2149 Westmeath Rd, Westmeath, ON K0J2L0).
