He was predeceased by : his spouse Joyce McCrea; and his siblings, Genevieve Poupore, Peggy Minns, Florence Condie, Basil, Joe, Gordon, Guy and Michael McCrea.

He is survived by : his children, Deborah Yeomans (Bill) of Connecticut, Robert J. McCrea, Donna Magnoli (late Mitchell), Ronald McCrea and Richard McCrea; and his grandchildren, Michael, Stephen, Dana and Nicole.
