He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Grant Carnegie and Marie; and his brother Glen Carnegie. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Dyelle; his children, Dwight Carnegie (Todd Francoeur) of Pembroke and Karey Lynn Leach (Todd Giroux) of Pembroke; his grandchildren, Jared Leach and Jessica Buelow (Marcus); and his great grandchildren, Sophie and Levi Leach.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Malcolm, Deavitt and Binhammer Funeral Home (141 Renfrew St, Pembroke, ON K8A5R8). A memorial service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Westmeath Union Cemetery (2045 Westmeath Rd, Westmeath, ON K0J2L0).
