It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Clarke of Pembroke, Ontario, who passed away on May 28, 2021, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her child Trinity Clarke; her fiancé Dr. Aaron Simon; her fiancé's children, Annabelle and Emmett; her parents, Rev. Michael Clarke (Tina) and Victoria Clarke; and her siblings, Amy (Shaun) and Dr. Aaron Clarke.
