We are sad to announce that on September 6, 2021, at the age of 81, Shirley Dean of Pembroke, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Donna Kidd, Wilma Smith, Lorraine Valliant-Saunders and James Valliant. She is survived by: her husband Donald Dean; her children, James (Kathy), Blair (Rachelle), David (Shirley Brathwaite) and Wayne (April); her sister Florine Rutledge; and her brother-in-law Bill Dean. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
