He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Tally and Irene St. Pierre. He is survived by: his parents, Doreen Rutter and Frank Rutter; his wife Valerie Unsworth; his siblings, Glenda Gallan (Rick Lavigne), Kirk Gallan (Brandy), Brad Gallan (Nadine), Misty Black, Frank Rutter Jr. (Desiree) and Tim Gallan; and his stepchildren, Cheryl Williams, Brian Williams, Douglas Williams (Larissa) and Leah Pine (Alton). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
