We announce the death of Susan Buske (Pembroke, Ontario), who passed away on October 16, 2026, at the age of 65. Susan will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Susan will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Susan will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture her life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Susan’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eric Buske and Arpa Buske; and her pets, McGee and Pepper. She is survived by: her cousin Karen Vescio; and her extended family Pembroke. She is also survived by many cousins, extended family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Murphy Funeral Home (296 Isabella St, Pembroke, ON K8A5S9). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Timothy's Lutheran Church (503 Alfred St, Pembroke, ON K8A3B6). Viewing was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Timothy's Jubilee Hall (503 Alfred St, Pembroke, ON K8A3B6).
