Terry Kosmack Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnet Kosmack and Mona Kosmack; and his parents-in-law, Edward and Shirley Beaupre. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Kosmack; his daughters, Natalie Black (Derek), Nicole Tierney (Ed), Natasha Kosmack-Benn (Jamie) and Nadia Fabian (Andrew); his grandchildren, Kaylee, Tianna, Lily, Kane, Cora, Eddy, Adrien, Hanna, Nya, Myrah, Emmett and Etta; his siblings, Connie Watt (Barry), Marion Chappell (Charles), Edward Beaupre (Lana) and Dereck Beaupre (Wanda); and his caregivers, Pamela and Erin Van Hoof. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church (68 Renfrew St, Pembroke, ON K8A5R6). A burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Calendrier Holy Trinity Anglican Cemetery (399 James St, Pembroke, ON K8A5Z8). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Calendrier Royal Canadian Legion Br. 72 (202 Pembroke St E, Pembroke, ON K8A3J7).
