He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Hoffman. He is survived by: his parents, Lawrence and Geraldene Hoffman; his son Jeffery; and his siblings, Barbara Hampel (Barry), Tim Hoffman (Colleen) and Heather Burnett (Steven). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
