He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Thomas and Lillian Lafave; and his siblings, Allan, Kim, Alfred, Floyd, Evan and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Lafave; his daughter Ashley Lafave-Duplessis (Mike); his grandparent Thomas Kelley "TJ"; his goddaughter Sarah Martel (Robert); and his siblings, Wayne Lafave, Malcolm Lafave, Kathryn Pynenburg, Peter Lafave, Melvin Lafave, Karen Brown, Christopher Lafave, Nancy Lague, Bernadette Lafave and Tracey Kessler. He is also survived by his extended family members and his friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Neville Funeral Home (491 Isabella St, Pembroke, ON K8A5T8). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (11 Mohns Ave, Petawawa, ON K8H2B5).
