He was predeceased by : his grandparent Bouwiena (Andrew Nicolai). He is survived by : his siblings, Mary Ann, Mackenzie Lemaire, Jaedyn, Kameryn and Suttyn Collins; and his grandparents, Theresa (Peter Yakabuskie), Barbara Yakabuskie, Melvin (Michelle Lemaire) and Glenn (Susan Collins). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.

DUE TO THE CURRENT RESTRICTIONS REGARDING COVID-19 SET FORTH BY THE BEREAVEMENT AUTHORITY OF ONTARIO, A LIMITED NUMBER OF PEOPLE ARE PERMITTED IN THE FUNERAL HOME & AT THE MEMORIAL SERVICE – LINE-UPS ARE NOT PERMITTED - FACE MASKS/COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND VISITATION & SERVICE.
