She was predeceased by: her husband Jim O'Donoghue; and her parents, Esther Ursula and Theodore Wenholt Ursula. She is survived by: her children, Lee-Ann Campbell, Sean O'Donoghue (Katherine Morris) and Shannon O'Donoghue; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Mackenzie and Griffin; and her brother Fred Wenholt of Ottawa.
