She was predeceased by: her parent Bill Pilatzke; her siblings, Luella Ashick, Percy Pilatzke, Ken Pilatzke, Erwin Pilatzke and Stanley Pilatzke; and her siblings-in-law, Urban Holtz, Mahlon Holtz, Wilbert Holtz, Newton Holtz, Norman Holtz, Eldad Holtz, Lester Holtz, Welden Holtz, Ida Cotie and Loella Bartlet.

She is survived by: her spouse Carson; her children, Colleen Smith (Craig), Heather Lariviere (Denis) and Carey Holtz; her grandchildren, Steven (Tamsin), Andrew, Tim Smith, Nicole Lariviere and Kristofer Lariviere; her parent Myrtle Pilatzke; her brothers, Mel Pilatzke (late Myrna) and Glen Pilatzke (Liz); her sisters-in-law, Jean Pilatzke and Margaret Holtz; and also, Uncle Fred and Aunt Bella Kielman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
