He was predeceased by: his former wife Phyllis; his parents, Doris Balkam and Percy Balkam; his siblings, Mary Lou, Shirley, Betty, Sally, Barbara, Mabel, Eddy, Donnie and Bradford (Sammy); and his great grandchildren, Vincent and Audrey Godin.
He is survived by: his wife Claudette; his children, Dorry Ann Godin (David), Andree Ann Balkam, Kathleen Mary Ann Fleming (Jack) and Beverly Ann Balkam; his brother Ronnie Balkam; Angela Lafave (Kelly), Jeff Martel (Stephanie), Donald Deans and Tracy Matthews (Brian). He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
