He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Frank; and his son Gary. He is survived by: his children, Wayne (Christine), Randy (Judy), Brian (Heather) and Carolyn; and his grandchildren, Katrina, Holly, Jason, Chad, Candise, Zachary, Bryon and Tara. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
