It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian Lapointe of Pembroke, Ontario, who passed away on August 11, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Cloran W. Macdonald and Edrie F. Macdonald; and her siblings, Coby MacDonald (Evelyn), Richard MacDonald (Marilyn), Kerry MacDonald (Joan), John Murdock (Edna), Carole McKenna (Walter) and Faith McKnight.

She is survived by : her spouse Ellard LaPointe; her children, Ellard LaPointe Jr. (Yvonne) and Leisa Zimmerman (Gordon); her grandchildren, Deborah, Darren, Hope LaPointe and Autumn Zimmerman; and her sister June Gillard.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario would be appreciated.
