He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Horner and Charlotte Horner; and his siblings, Shirley Kearsley (Walt), John (Mary Ellen), Don (Mary-Jo) and Bob Horner (Marion).

He is survived by: his sisters, Sheila Riskie (Arvin) and Barbara Barry (Joe). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
