He is survived by: his wife Mary Mackay; his children, Nick Mackay and Leah Dunn (Christopher); his grandchildren, Mason and Phoebe; and his brother Allan Mackay. He is also survived by his brothers & sisters-in-law, his many nieces and nephews, as well as extended family & friends.
