He was predeceased by: his siblings, Clifford, Helen, Irene and Evelyn. He is survived by: his wife Norma Penny; his children, Pat (Wilma), Frank Jr, Mike and Michelle Contois; his stepchildren, Steven (Julie), Shannan (George) and Jamie Penny; his grandchildren, Gregory, Lyndsey, Ethan, Ellen, Cassandra, Jesse, Tara and Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Lilly, Alexis, Mason and Alexander. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
