We are sad to announce that on June 28, 2025, at the age of 83, Patricia McNamara (Penetanguishene, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia McNamara to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Leo McNamara; her parents, Harry Kregten and Charlotte Van Kregten; and her siblings, Bobby Van Kregten, Jim Van Kregten and Mary Anne Van Lear.

She is survived by: her children, Michael McNamara (Sarah), Maureen Sawyer (Brian Muirhead), Patrick McNamara (Jan) and Jantine Carter (Wayne); her grandchildren, Caitlyn, Hayley, Kelly, Jake, Kyle, Mitchell, Jordan, Stuart, Courtney and Chad; her sister Jantine Strong (Jerry); and her siblings-in-law, Patricia Van Kregten and Don Van Lear. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.

In lieu of flowers the family ask to please send donations to the Hospice Huronia - Tomkins House.
