She is survived by : her husband Patrick Austin DuCharme; her sons, Mark (Kate), John (Gail), Matthew (Jodi) and Luke (Tanya); her grandchildren, Nicholas (Brooke), David (Puukii), Blake, Alexander, Jack, Michael, Rachel, Claire, Laura, Joshua and Isabella; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin and Zachary.
