He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Assance and Vivian Assance; and his siblings, Barry Assance, Deldin Assance, Delda Assace and Burdette Assance.
He is survived by: his siblings, Roderick Assance (Lenora Charles), Faren Assance, Clinton Assance, Marsha Assance (Garry Monague), April Assance (Andy Penasse) and Rachel Assance (Michael Shilling); and his grandchild Kandance Rice. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
