Ann Vaughan Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of Ann Vaughan (Perth, Ontario) is shared. Ann, born on July 13, 1940, passed away on September 29, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Carroll and Bridget Carroll; and her siblings, Mary Fitzgerald (late Bill), Francis, Ken, Pat and Joe Carroll.

She is survived by: her husband Doug Vaughan; her children, Judy Meraw (Don) of Perth and Sandy Thomas (Floyd) of Perth; her grandchildren, Dan Thomson (Victoria), Jamie Spencer (Greg), Steven Meraw, Matthew Thomas and Melissa Thomas (Stephanie); and her great grandchildren, Preston (Mable), Eden, Henry Spencer and Ravi Thomas.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Blair & Son Funeral Home (15 Gore St W, Perth, ON K7H2L7). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Roman Catholic Church (38 Wilson St E, Perth, ON K7H1L6). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at the St. John's Cemetery (38 Wilson St E, Perth, ON K7H1L6).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ann's memory to the Lanark Animal Welfare Society (LAWS) (https://www.lanarkanimals.ca) would be greatly appreciated by her family.
