He is survived by : his wife Susan Peters (Cummings); his children, Scott (Elsa) and Chris (Heather); his grandchildren, Andrew, Victoria, Laura, Aimee (Wil) and Nik; his sisters, Lois Lackey and Keitha Majaury (Gerald); his siblings-in-law, Brent Cummings (Brenda), Linda Dekaban (Greg) and Klazina Cummings; and his mother-in-law Myrna Cummings.

In remembrance of Calvin, memorial donations to the Perth & Smiths Falls Hospital Foundation - Perth Site would be appreciated.
