He was predeceased by: his sister Lynda Allin (Jake); and his parents, Con Baechler and Betty Baechler. He is survived by: his spouse Karol; his children, Lindsay Baechler (Jonathon McCormick), Casey Baechler (Stefan Hebert) and Ashley Baechler; his grandchildren, Logan, Lincoln and Lachlan; his siblings, Marty (Karen Palmer), Dale (Val Mallough) and Jeff (Rose); and his nieces and nephews, Jacki, Jeremy, Mandy, Brittany, Jordan and Justin. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law and fondly remembered by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Goderich Legion (56 Kingston St, Goderich, ON N7A3K5).
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society Huron Perth.
