Douglas touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jack (Lorna) and Diane (late Jim); his father Ralph; and his mother-in-law Margaret. He is survived by: his wife Lori; his children, Shawn (Amanda), Meghan (JP), Kirsten and Charlee (Igor); his grandchildren, Abby, Noah, Eli, Elizabeth "Gus", Matthew, Kate, Abigail and Jet; his siblings, Dave (Deb), Debra (Rick), Robert (Georgette), Susan (Kirk), Linda (Dan), Corrine (Andy), Judy (Kevin), Deborah (Scott) and Paul (Chrissy); and his father-in-law Larry (Carol). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Blair & Son Funeral Home (15 Gore St W, Perth, ON K7H2L7).
