It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Marion Ritchie (Perth, Ontario), who passed away on November 16, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Munro and Alice Munro (Armstrong); her former life partner James A. White; her husband Stanley J. Ritchie; and her siblings, Stuart Munro, Laura Poole (late Stuart), Hilda Hinge (late Ronald) and Garnet Heaslip.

She is survived by : her children, Nancy Hudson (Fred), David White (Mary Lou) and Gregory White (Cindy); her grandchildren, Robin Hudson, Courteney Coady (Adam), Casey White (Kourtney Snell), Taylor White, Riley White, Jessica Barter (Steven), Megan White and Sarah White (Trevor Oates); her great grandchildren, Landon and Faye Barter; her siblings, Amy Hughes (late James), Arthur Munro (Susan), Ethel Clark (late Harold), Irene Hawley (late Keith) and Alan Munro (Maxeen); and her sister-in-law Eleanor Munro. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, all her family and friends.
